What is in your closet? Books, magazines and software boxes?
I just went and looked at my closet in my extra bedroom and it really makes me think about the days gone by.
While many of the items are destined for the trash heap I do have a few things that I could never part with.
I have a few drum machines and synthesizers that are still in the box. They should be a lot of fun but I have never done anything with them. Same with computers and cables and cds.
And then there are all the boxes of photos. Nowadays you have all your pics in digital format but I am stuck with the majority of my life and work on prints and negatives from 35mm cameras. And that brings me to my camera and lenses and even that expensive tripod and triggers for the flash.
Man… I guessI should either have a garage sale or just pay someone to sell that stuff on eBay.
There comes a point where you most likely are never going to use the items – so why not get some change to use in gumball machines or for tipping the people who don’t do very much at the buffet.
The future shows what is imaginary. I see an empty closet.
